  In addition to arabic dictionaries (spelling, thesaurus) for free applications like OpenOffice.org, the office suite application, Firefox the web browser, Thundirbird the e-mail and news client software, Gnome Office ...,  Ayaspell project works to provide the same tools for amazigh (berber) language ⵜⵎⴰⵣⵉⵖⵜ in Tifinagh alphabet. Ayaspell project is under tri-licence GPL/LGPL/MPL.

• Amazigh spellchecker dictionary: hunspell-am, based on the standardized spelling (IRCAM) and the lexicon used in the moroccan schools ;
• Amazigh thesaurus dictionary: thesaurus-am, for OpenOffice.org; Objective: to deal with various words, of the amazigh dialects (tarifit, tamazight, tachelhit), as synonyms.
